“Downfall” Is Chris Jericho’s New Heights

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- “Downfall” which happens to be a new game show hosted by wrestler Chris Jericho premiered on ABC on Tuesday. “Downfall” as the name suggests, is a game show where people are subjected to great heights for instance a ten storey building which is used for the game show in Los Angeles. It is where the game show takes place and the contestants and the prizes stands on a conveyor belt which slows turns as they answer trivia questions hurled at them by Chris Jericho.
The contestants shall have to answer the questions fast so as to save the prizes from being dashed to the ground. After the prizes are crashed on the ground the contestants also suffer “Downfall” as they are craned and taken down to the ground from the top of the building. The participants of “Downfall” are allowed to place any personal item brought from home in the line to buy themselves more time which also gives them a chance to hit the “Panic Button” which slows down the conveyor belt.
Chris Jericho who happens to a be pro-wrestler was the first choice as the host of the show. When asked about his new role as the host of Downfall, the wrestler said that he was extremely happy to be a part of this innovative project. Chris Jericho also said that “Downfall” is all about how you can face the heights and get your answers right and win prizes. The wrestler said that during his wrestling matches he had fallen from heights on more than one occasion. Still he isn’t afraid of heights. He also urged that anyone who is afraid of heights should stay away from this game.
