“Are We There Yet?” TV Show Airs Season 1 Episode 1

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- The new situation comedy of TBS “Are We There Yet?” went on air with its first episode on Wednesday. The sitcom that features Terry Crews and Essence Atkins along with a host of other known cast has received mixed responses from the critics and the viewers. While everybody agrees to the fact that the cast of “Are We There Yet?” has a brilliant comic appeal and that there is no denying of Terry Crews’ brilliant comic timing, many have voiced that the plot of the show follows the stereotypical pattern and that it works on predictable laugh situations. Some critics have also said that the show lacks the creativity which some recent sitcoms have come forward with.

The first episode of the television show “Are We There Yet?” highlighted the scenario on which the sitcom will proceed in the further episodes. Terry Crews’ will be seen as Nick the husband of Suzanne played by Essence Atkins. The newly married couple is trying to cope up with the changes that the marriage has brought into their lives. While Nick is feeling insecure about his image in front of the two teenage kids of Suzanne and Suzanne in the first episode was seen unable to decide whether she should change her surname.

Though the first episode followed the usual pattern of a sitcom, viewers were excited to find Terry Crews and Essence Atkins on the TBS sitcom “Are We There Yet?“. Viewers are now looking forward to the next episode of the TV show to form a general idea of it.
