May 31, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Finally, it’s the turn of producer Udhayanidhi Stalin to make his onscreen debut as he signs director Rajesh to wield the megaphone. Rajesh made his debut directorial with ‘Siva Manasula Sakthi’ that won both rave reviews and big collections at box office.
The filmmaker has now almost completed filming his upcoming release ‘Boss Enginra Bhaskaran’ featuring Aarya and Nayanthara in lead roles. Over a long period of time, Udhayanidhi Stalin has been heeding to various scripts narrated by a league of renowned filmmakers including Dharani, Mysskin, Venkat Prabhu and K.S. Ravikumar.
Picking the right choice to avoid action in his first film, Udhayanidhi Stalin has now opted for a feel-good romantic entertainer. The shooting is expected to kick-start within short span of time and will not have any special occasions to launch the movie as it happens with other productions of Udhayanidhi Stalin.
As of now, he is busy producing Kamal Haasan’s untitled film and Surya-Murugadoss’ ‘7 AUM Arivu’.
