Sarath Kumar Plans To Get Theatres Houseful

May 27, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Veteran actor Sarath Kumar has a stupendous plan to pull more crowds to theatres.
In spite of being a successful actor with mass appeal, Sarath Kumar stepped down to perform a simple role in Madhumitha’s ‘Kola Kolaya Mundhrika’ that has won him rave reviews. Recently, the entire team of KKM had gathered to thank the media channels for their sincere support in making this film a success.
Speaking with the journalists, Madhumitha and the producers thanked Sarath Kumar for his kind gesture by accepting this role.
Apparently, Sarath came up with an interesting speech as he said, “These days, it’s hard to see at least a single person in each row at cinema halls. Despite so many films being released every Friday, Tamil Cinema is going through a relatively speculative phase as most of the theatres go empty. There is one perfect mantra that would change this scenario and it’s like adopting the Bollywood tactics of making multi-hero films.”
Well, it’s good to hear this from Sarath Kumar and will be a real boon for distributors and theatre owners if it really works out.
