MUMBAI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Today Sajid Khan’s latest flick named “Housefull” is getting released all over India. After the success of “Heyy Baby” the director is once again offering the viewers a comic roller coaster of a film. The cast comprises of Akshay Kumar, Lara Dutta, Arjun Rampal, Riteish Deshmukh, Boman Irani, Lilette Dubey and many others. The music of the movie has been composed by famous music director trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The website of the film describes it as a romantic comedy. Akshay kumar essays the role of a proverbial loser who has a notion that his bad luck will go away if he comes across true love. His quest for true love leads him to meeting different people and their interaction with each other leads to intriguing and humorous developments in the movie.
The year 2010 has not been particularly good for the Bollywood industry. A number of films which the industry experts expected to click at the box office have turned out to be dumb squibs at the end. Akshay Kumar is counting heavily on the success of this film as some of his earlier films including ‘8 X 10 Tasveer’, ‘De Dana Dan’, ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ and ‘Chandni Chowk to China’ have bombed at the box office. His role in the movie “Housefull” comes close to those portrayed in flicks like “Deewane Huye Paagal” and “Garam Masala”.
The comedy lovers may like the movie “Housefull” as it has Boman Irani and Riteish Deshmukh who have won accolades from the critics and viewers for their comic skills. Jiah Khan has to prove herself in the flick as she will be sharing screen space with established actresses like Lara Dutta and Deepika Padukone.
