LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- The latest contestant to get kicked off the “American Idol” Season 9 was Siobhan Magnus. The Apr 28 elimination came as a surprise to many viewers as Siobhan Magnus was one of the American Idol contestants who consistently tried to put her best on the singing platform. Her elimination from the show proved again that the “American Idol” crown is no child’s play and that even a single mistake can get the contestant kicked off the “American Idol” Season 9. Siobhan Magnus‘ melodious singing has been praised by not only the judges but also by many viewers and reports claim that the contestant was able to manage as many as 33 million votes. However, all those votes failed to save the Massachusetts contestant.
On Wednesday night, the three contestants who reached the bottom three were Michael Lynche, Casey James and Siobhan Magnus. The result became clear to many before it was announced as Michael Lynche is one of the top performers this season and was brought back to the show by the judges on Apr 7. Casey James has been able to gather many fans among the audience. However, as the final decision was declared by the host of the show, Siobhan Magnus seemed at ease and showed very little emotion on stage. When asked about her “American Idol” journey, the eliminated contestant said that she had always tried to put her best on stage. As her finals song on the “American Idol” stage, Siobhan Magnus performed “Think”.
After the “American Idol” Apr 28 elimination round, the contestants to remain in the reality TV show are Aaron Kelly, Lee Dewyze, Michael Lynche, Casey James, Crystal Bowersox. The competition as it seems will become tougher yet in the coming weeks.
