Cleese To Have Knee Operation

JOHN CLEESE is set to undergo a knee replacement operation next month (May10) after injuring his leg.

The Brit star is currently using a wheelchair to get around after his knee gave way in a restaurant bathroom during a night out with his Monty Python co-star Michael Palin.

He will have surgery to replace his knee next month - but refuses to get down about the accident, joking, “Old age isn’t for sissies.”
