Rocky Lockridge In A&E’s “Intervention”

NEW YORK, (GaeaTimes.com) - Rocky Lockridge who happened to be a former lightweight boxer and a discovery of legendary boxer Muhammad Ali was featured in “A&E” series “Intervention”. The show which has been awarded with an Emmy award is one of the bold presentations on TV which focuses upon the pangs of drug addiction and portrays the sordid tale of drug addicted individuals. Rocky Lockridge was persuaded by the makers of the show to appear in the show as well as on the documentary self titled as of the boxer which will be a deep insight into the bitter aftermath that tears apart the life of drug addicts.
On the very same note, the Intervention series showcases how Rocky Lockridge’s life was shattered due to his addiction of drugs which made his wife and children abandon him. The ordeal didn’t end here but Rocky Lockridge also squandered his wealth and ultimately became homeless. To make matters worse, Rocky Lockridge also lost his boxing title. The Monday episode of Intervention was a different experience for all its viewers as it pen pictured the bitter tale of Rocky Lockridge’s life and its dark chapters which were unfolded for the very first time on the Television.
The brains behind the show; Candy Finnigan and Jeff Van Vonderen had even gone ahead to stage an intervention of Rocky Lockridge by pulling in his friends and family members who shared their personal comments and shed light on their relation with the boxer. With ‘Intervention’ featuring boxer Rocky Lockridge, A&E seeks to delve deep into the mind of one and all so that the drug addiction can be curbed at large in America.
