Dynasty actor John Forsythe passes away at 92

LONDON - Television series Dynasty star John Forsythe has died after a long battle with cancer. He was 92.

The actor, who played the role of oil tycoon Blake Carrington in the hit series, died at his home in Santa Ynez, California, on Thursday after suffering a bout of pneumonia.

It was in 2006 that he was first diagnosed with colon cancer, reports The Telegraph.

“He died as he lived his life, with dignity and grace,” said his daughter, Brooke.

Forsythe also provided the voice of the unseen Charlie in the TV series Charlie’s Angels. (ANI)
