WalMart New Moon Release Party A Grand Success!

DENVER (GaeaTimes.com)- WalMart has found a great way of utilizing the success and popularity of a movie franchisee to its advantage. Last night, a number of Wal-Mart stores held a special New Moon DVD release party which turned out to be a major success. The actors Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner who play the roles of a handsome vampire and hunky werewolf respectively has become latest heartthrobs of the Hollywood post the release of the two movies belonging to the Twilight Saga. The two movies, ‘Twilight’ and ‘New Moon’ that have been released have met with good response at the box office and the fan base of the actors ensure the upcoming movies will also be successful, no matter how the critics react. Apart from the exclusive DVD, Wal Mart also released a set of attractive New Moon merchandise.
The fans were howling with excitement and pleasure at the WalMart New Moon release parties and the shutterbugs went into a clicking frenzy at the stores at the time the DVD was unveiled. The first 300 fans were lucky enough to grab autographed DVDs. The new DVD has some scenes that have been excluded from the movie in its final release. Definitely, it is an added attraction for the fans of the Twilight franchisee.
The WalMart New Moon release parties saw the excited fans lining up outside the stores and the attendance was huge as Wal Mart workers confirmed. The stores saw a similar response when they launched a Twilight Party last year. The DVD has a brief preview of ‘Eclipse’, the third installment of the franchisee that will be released next.
