LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Amy Madigan featured on “Law & Order” Monday episode. The episode which was named “Innocence” featured another Chicago actress Anna Chlumsky. Amy Madigan, who is famous for her role in “Field of Dreams” as Annie Kinsella appeared in “Innocence” with the regular cast. She played the role of a law school professor Emily Ryan. The character was seen trying to free a person who has been convicted of murder. Though a guest in the show, she was impressive and had enough power to capture the attention of the audience.
The viewers remained glued to their television set to watch the Season 12 Episode 16 of “Law & Order”. Amy Madigan did a good job playing the role of the professor who wants to turn the case over and prove the innocence of the convicted. Anna Chlumsky, who played the role of the assistant to the professor was impressive as well. Amy Madigan did justice to the role given to her.
Amy Madigan, the Chicago-born actress has remained away from the screen for some time now. She had reportedly disclosed to the media back in the year 2009 that while not on screen, the actress has been busy attending classes at the University of Chicago. She had also according to reports, worked in Zagat’s restaurant guide as a fact-checker. However the viewers on Monday enjoyed her return to the screen. Amy Madigan is also lined up for an appearance together with Ed Harris in a family drama movie “Big Red”. Amy Madigan will play the role of a school principal.
