AEROSMITH have showed a united front online for a short video announcing a planned South American tour on their website.
The group members have been bickering ever since frontman Steven Tyler announced plans to quit the band and enjoy a two-year hiatus late last year (09), but the war of words ended last month (Feb10) when Aerosmith announced a string of European dates with the singer this summer (10).
And now the group has gathered to shoot a South American tour announcement video.
In the short clip, Tyler states, “Hey, South America, guess who? It’s the best of Aerosmith coming your way to rock your world.”
The frontman, who recently spent time in rehab for a painkiller addiction, then lets his bandmates list the cities they’ll be visiting - Caracas, Venezuela; Bogata, Colombia; Lima, Peru; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Sao Paulo, Brazil, and even earthquake-ravaged Santiago, Chile.
