White Gives Elson A Music Boost

WHITE STRIPES rocker JACK WHITE is helping his model wife KAREN ELSON launch a music career - he’s produced her first album.

British model Elson, who married White in 2005, has been longing to relaunch herself as a singer for several years and has already performed on a track with Robert Plant and recorded a song with Cat Power for a Serge Gainsbourg album.

She recently began work on her debut record and White has been directing the studio sessions in Nashville, Tennessee.

The currently-untitled album will be released through White’s own label, Third Man Records, this summer (10).
