Shelby Dressel “American Idol” Elimination

LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- One of the most potent contestants of “American Idol”, Shelby Dressel could not make it to the top 24. Shelby Dressel, the girl with a partially paralyzed face had trouble remembering the words of “More Than a Feeling” during her final performance. When she was called in the judges’ room, Randy Jackson told her clearly about her positive as well as negative points. He concluded, “Unfortunately, you did not make it.”
The Tuesday’s two-hour special episode of the “American Idol” drew lots of viewership. All the 71 contestants were split in 3 different rooms. A flash back of their last performances were shown. According to some, Fox devised upon a 2 hour show in order to give tough competition to the Winter Olympics. Shelby Dressel is a waitress with a beautiful voice. Her humble personality is truly appealing. On Tuesday’s competition of “American Idol”, Shelby Dressel was sharing her room with Didi Benami and Lacey Brown. Some of the contestants discussed the amazing voice of Shelby Dressel.
Though Shelby Dressel could not make to the top 24 of the “American Idol’ this time, she is expected to become a popular singer some day. All her fans were disappointed at her elimination. Even some of the judges looked a little uncomfortable when they delivered their judgment that did not give her the chance to make it to the top 24. It is expected that this girl will continue chasing her dreams of becoming a good singer. Apart from Shelby Dressel, Jessica Furney could not make it to the to the 24 as well. Jessica Furney was eliminated during Hollywood Week last season she has tried to make a comeback this year.
