Cruise Lands Aviation Prize

TOM CRUISE is set for a sky-high accolade when his fellow celebrity pilots honour him with an aviation Oscar.
The Top Gun star will be the guest of honour at the upcoming seventh annual Living Legends of Aviation Awards.
One-time man on the moon Dr. Edwin ‘Buzz’ Aldrin will present Cruise with his coveted prize at the Beverly Hilton hotel on Friday (22Jan10).
The Legends event is produced by the Kiddie Hawk Air Academy, a non-profit organisation that introduces children to aviation.
Celebrity pilots John Travolta, Morgan Freeman and Kurt Russell are expected to be among those honouring Cruise.
