Lawyer Denies Sheen’s Wife ‘changed Her Story’

An attorney representing CHARLIE SHEEN’s wife BROOKE MUELLER has dismissed reports she “changed her story” after the initial 911 call that landed her husband behind bars on Christmas Day (25Dec09).
The Two and a Half Men star was arrested on Christmas morning (25Dec09) after a nasty argument with Mueller in Aspen, Colorado.
Sheen faces charges of second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief over the incident, in which he is alleged to have threatened his wife with a knife. He is due in court in February (10).
After the incident, reports surfaced suggesting Mueller was angling to retract her claims in a bid to save her marriage.
But Yale Galanter, the lawyer representing Mueller, is adamant she has not tried to change her initial statement to police.
He tells E! News, “That never happened, she never recanted and she never changed her story.”
