WASHINGTON - The generous side of actress Reese Witherspoon was recently revealed when she took pity on a stressed mother, and helped her by paying her grocery bill at a Los Angeles food store.
Witherspoon, 33, who has two children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, paid for the woman’s groceries at a Whole Foods store after she forgot her wallet.
“Reese knows that kids make you lose your mind. When she spotted a harried mom who had forgotten her wallet she picked up the tab,” Contactmusic quoted a source as saying.
“The woman was so flustered and embarrassed. But Reese said she would gladly take care of the 70-dollar bill and no apology was necessary.
“She told the mom, ‘I understand, I have kids too!’” the source added. (ANI)
