Sacha Baron Cohen lands dual role as Spanish twins

LONDON - Bruno actor Sacha Baron Cohen will star as Spanish twins in his next film Downsizing.

The comedian will play two brothers who are identical apart from their height in the film, which is being considered his first major Hollywood breakthrough.

He will be cast alongside Meryl Streep and Reese Witherspoon in the film.

Streep is said to be “absolutely tickled” about the prospect of sharing the frame with the English comedian.

Cohen may be paid an estimated 7million dollars for the film.

However, the movie could contain insults on Spain in the typical Cohen fashion.

“Spain had better brace itself for some shocking antics that might offend, just as Kazakhstan was so upset by Borat,” the Daily Express quoted a source as saying. (ANI)
