LONDON - Late King of Pop Michael Jackson’s children are said to have held hands and prayed for the singer’s life as medics fought to revive him.

Jackson’s chef, Kai Chase, 37, who witnessed the emotional scenes inside the rented mansion, said Paris, 12, Prince, 11 and Blanket, 7, formed a circle with household staff in the hallway and prayed.

Chase recalled how she did not see Jacko on that fateful morning and only realised something was wrong after Dr Conrad Murray came screaming out for Prince after he was not able to revive the ‘Thriller’ hitmaker.

“When he didn’t come downstairs that morning, I thought Mr Jackson was sleeping late,” the Mirror quoted her as saying.

“I was preparing lunch. At about noon, Dr Murray runs down the steps and screams, ‘Go get Prince!’ He’s screaming very loud. I run into the den where the kids are playing and Prince runs to Dr Murray.

“From that point you could feel the energy in the house change.

“I walked into the hall and saw the children. The daughter was crying. Paramedics ran upstairs,” she said.

At that point, the children, their nanny, a housekeeper and Kai held hands and began to pray.

“We were all praying ‘Help Mr Jackson be okay’. Then everyone was very quiet,” she added. (ANI)
