Another celebrity leaves the ‘Dancing’ ballroom
LOS ANGELES — Actor Aiden Turner is saying goodbye to the ballroom. The “All My Children” heartthrob was eliminated Tuesday from “Dancing With the Stars.”
Turner landed in second-to-last place Monday, earning mediocre marks for his rumba. Judges scored contestants separately for technique and performance, with 30 points possible for each. Turner finished with 33 points altogether.
He is the third contestant to be axed from the hit ABC show. Astronaut Buzz Aldrin and actress Shannen Doherty have already been eliminated.
The remaining contestants are reality stars Jake Pavelka and Kate Gosselin, singer Nicole Scherzinger, actresses Pamela Anderson and Niecy Nash, sportscaster Erin Andrews, Olympic figure skater Evan Lysacek and football star Chad Ochocinco.

I am completely dumbfounded that Kate is still around and even more baffled as to how she managed to not be in the bottom 2. I think with a peg leg and one eye both Niecy and Aiden would dance circles around Kate and yet she is still here. |
