LOS ANGELES (GaeaTimes.com)- Zsa Zsa Gabor was hospitalized on Sunday afternoon after the 93 year old actress complained of health complications that arose due to the blood clots in her leg. John Blanchette, publicist of the Hungarian-born actress announced that the actress has been admitted at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center where doctors are planning for a surgery.
According to sources, doctors conducting medical examinations on her said that the problem was all due to a growing lesion in her leg. Zsa Zsa Gabor very soon will have to go under the knife as doctors said that they will have to conduct a partial amputation on her leg to relieve her from the trouble. The trouble actually shot up after the Hungarian-born actress fell from her bed in her home at Beverly Hills in July. The incident had turned out to be a serious one after it was found out that the actress had actually broken her hip. With that accident she suffered from concussion. Her husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt yesterday told the media that doctors have told him that they will ampute the half of leg.
Yesterday’s incident can be well regarded as a follow up of the earlier troubles that Zsa Zsa Gabor faced. In the last six months she had to be admitted to the hospital for four times. In August she was suffering from an infection complication. Doctors at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center after examining her were afraid that the lesion might go on to cause more serious troubles to her health. Hence they came up with the decision to conduct the surgery. Fans and well wishers wished the “Moulin Rouge” a speedy recovery.
