MELBOURNE - Law enforcement sources have revealed that Charlie Sheen will not be prosecuted over escort’s hotel assault claims, according to reports.
Capri Anderson - the porn star who entertained the actor that night - accused Sheen of assault and battery as well as false imprisonment.
Anderson filed a police report with the NYPD, explaining how she was hired to escort Sheen to dinner but the encounter escalated to violence at the hotel.
Sheen allegedly flipped out, accusing Anderson of stealing his wallet before she locked herself in the hotel bathroom fearing for her life, according to various media reports, reports the Daily Telegraph.
However, TMZ’s sources say authorities do not believe Sheen engaged in any criminal conduct and therefore the case against him will be closed.
And therefore, Sheen will not be prosecuted over The Plaza Hotel incident back in October. (ANI)
