MUMBAI - Bollywood actors Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Boman Irani were honoured with the Teacher’s Achievement Awards at the 10th edition of the awards in Mumbai over the weekend.

Kapoor who received the Teacher’s Achievement Award for entertainment said his work is being recognized.

“It feels good whenever we receive any award. I always say that whenever you receive any award, it feels great. I love what I do and if I am recognized for that and awarded for that, it just makes life really going,” said Kapoor.

Aishwarya Rai, who was honoured with Teacher’s People Achiever Award, dedicated it to her father, Krishnaraj Rai.

She said the award reflected that her audience had always been her strength.

Boman Irani bagged the Achiever of the Decade Award while veteran Bollywood actress Shabana Azmi was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
