Emma Watson’s ‘pixie’ cut inspired by Mia Farrow’s short hairdo

LONDON - Harry Potter star Emma Watson says she swapped her long locks for a “pixie” cut because she was inspired by fellow actress Mia Farrow.
“My mother has this haircut and this has been her signature look since she was, like, 16. I always thought it was really cool and wanted to try it,” the Sun quoted her as telling MTV News.
“When I went in to my hairdresser, I took in a picture of Mia Farrow and was like, ‘I want to look like this’.
“I can’t believe how much of a stir this haircut caused. It’s pretty nuts. The haircut has been a big deal,” she added.
Mia, 65, has starred in numerous films including ‘Rosemary’s Baby’ and ‘Hannah And Her Sisters’. (ANI)
