LONDON - Veteran actor Harrison Ford is set to reprise his Indiana Jones role for the fifth time.
The 68-year-old actor will once again be seen playing the role of archaeologist Jones in “Indiana Jones 5″ that will be directed by Steven Spielberg and produced by George Lucas.
“If there’s something that the three of us can agree on then I’d love to do it. George is working on something but I haven’t seen anything on paper,” contactmusic.com quoted Ford as saying.
“We’ve talked a little bit about it. It would be fun, I’d love to do it,” he added.
Ford is also said to be trying to lure actor Sean Connery to reprise his role as Indiana Jones’ father in the film. He was last seen in 1989 film “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade”.
“Everyone is keen to get Sean back as Professor Henry Jones Senior. They wanted him back for the last movie,” said a source.
“Everyone’s hopeful he’ll agree to reprise the role even in a small way. I hear Harrison Ford has been sending gifts to try to convince him. I think he could go for it. It would be on his terms,” the source added.
