Eva Longoria insists car accident wasn’t her fault

WASHINGTON - Eva Longoria has said that any claim she was the one at fault for her car accident is just simply incorrect.
The actress was involved in a car accident last week.
Later, the other driver in the car mishap hired a lawyer and said he plans on suing Longoria, claiming the accident was completely her fault.
However, ‘The Young and The Restless’ star’s rep said that the other driver is making a case where there is none.
“According to the police report, the other driver was clearly at fault AND admitted to fault at the scene of the accident. Longoria’s eyes were NOT red and bloodshot,” TMZ.com quoted the actress’ rep as saying.
“There is absolutely no truth to this claim, and any indications to the contrary are completely false and untrue. Longoria made no sudden turn, did not violate any traffic violations nor did she make any sudden lane changes. All charges are frivolous, without merit, and will not hold up in a court of law,” the rep added. (ANI)
