NEW DELHI - Kishore Kumar’s fans can rejoice as one of his unreleased songs will be unveiled on the legendary singer’s 23rd death anniversary Wednesday.

Composed by late musical genius Madan Mohan, the never before heard song Ladkiyon ko chahiye who college mein seekhlein will be released on the composer’s website www.madanmohan.in.

Recorded in the 1970s for a movie that got shelved, it is a naughty, situational song much like the signature numbers of Kishore da, as he is fondly remembered. The highlight of the piece is a parody element and the signature comic touch by the singer.

Another never before heard Kishore Kumar-Madan Mohan song Aaj mujhe jal jane bhi do was released last year in the album Tere Bagair.

Madan Mohan composed the music for many Kishore Kumar starrers like Memsahib, Bhai Bhai, Chacha Zindabad, Manmauji and Ladka Ladki. The two gave memorable hits, including “Zaroorat hai ek shrimati ki”, “Dil dil se milakar dekho”, “Aye haseenon nazneenon” and “Mera naam Abdul Rahman”.
