LONDON - A fan of Pop Diva Madonna has been arrested and told to stay at least 10 blocks away after he was caught proclaiming his love for her near her New York City apartment.

A judge made that a condition as he set bail at 20,000 dollars for Robert Linhart.

The 59-year-old retired firefighter was arrested last month after having scrawled messages of adoration for the ‘Material Girl’ outside her apartment building near Manhattan’s Central Park, reports the Mirror.

Linhart’s lawyer said the messages weren’t threatening, but just signs of being a fan.

A grand jury declined to indict Linhart on graffiti charges. (ANI)
