WASHINGTON - Jennifer Lopez has turned down reports claiming she had outrageous diva-like demands during negotiations to become a new judge on American Idol.
“After as many years as I’ve been in this business, I’m used to that kind of stuff,” People mag quoted her as saying at an Idol press conference in Inglewood, California.
“I’m used to speculation.”
Adds Mike Darnell, head of alternative programming on FOX: “I can tell you from the Fox standpoint, the deal was not tough. There were no diva demands. It was a really easy, comfortable deal with both parties.” (ANI)
