‘Modern Family’ declared best comedy series at Emmy

LOS ANGELES - “Modern Family”, which takes a satirical look at three families and their problems, was declared the outstanding comedy series at the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards Sunday.
The half-hour series has been created by Christopher Lloyd and Steven Levitan and Fox Television Studios produced it.
