Shah Rukh Khan has smartened up. After Aamir Khan (Ghajini, 3 Idiots) and Akshay Kumar (Tees Maar Khaan), he has pre-booked the Christmas slot of 2011. His sequel to ‘Don’ would release on 23rd December 2011.

Amongst top Bollywood actresses, Aishwarya Rai would have maximum releases in 2010. After ‘Raavan’, now she would be seen in Action Replayy, Guzaarish and Endhiran (with Rajnikanth).

Blues of ‘Khatta Meetha’ could well be forgotten for Priyadarshan who is (thankfully) back into a hard-hitting zone with Aakrosh (Ajay Devgn, Akshaye Khanna). The film’s theatrical promo, though violent, has given right signals to its target audience which has loved such cinema from Priyadarshan in the past (Virasat, Gardish).

Five years after Mr Ya Miss, Antara Mali is making a comeback with an offbeat dramatic love story And Once Again. Directed by Amol Palekar, the film would be clashing with Aamir Khan’s Peepli Live and Help [Bobby Deol, Mugdha Godse] on 13th August

We Are Family has now gone through yet another change in release plans. From its original release plan of 1st October (which had seen an intermittent shift to 10th September), this Karan Johar production has now gone through a further shift. Instead of competing with Dabangg (Salman Khan) and Endhiran (Rajnikanth, Aishwarya Rai), it has wisely decided to come on 3rd September.
