According to reports from the sets of “Indian Idol” veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty will be present as a celebrity judge on the show in one of its upcoming episodes.

The actor’s presence on “Indian Idol” will be different from the other celebrity guests, said the “Indian Idol” producers. Mithun Chakraborty will don the cowboy style for his scheduled appearance in the upcoming special episode and the method by which he will announce his judgment will also be different from the one followed by the other guests on the show. It has been reported that Mithun Chakraborty’s cowboy look will be complete with a hat, a boot and a gun and he will reportedly trigger his gun twice if he likes the performance of a contestant and trigger the same gun only once if he loves the singing style of the contestant.

The scheduled episode featuring Mithun Chakraborty as the celebrity judge will go on air next week Monday night. The fans of the veteran Bollywood and Tollywood actor are eagerly waiting to see the dancing star judge singing talents on stage. It has also been reported that Mithun Chakraborty spent quality time with the five finalists of “Indian Idol 5″. He reportedly took contestant Shivam on a ride in his Mercedes, fulfilling the small town boy’s wish of sitting inside a big car.
