LONDON - Spanish actor Antonio Banderas has revealed that his ‘Shrek’ spin-off ‘Puss In Boots’ will have a Quentin Tarantino feel to it.

Banderas, 49, was at the Los Angeles premiere of ‘Shrek Forever After’, when he explained what can be expected from his character’s own animated adventure when it hits cinemas in 2011.

“The movie is slightly different because actually they’re taking more of the imagery of movies in the 60s, like spaghetti westerns and stuff like that,” the Mirror quoted him as saying.

“It’s going to be kind of a Tarantino animation.

“I think we’ll have more time to squeeze the character and to see him in a totally different way.

“I actually have the script. He’s a little kid, he’s in an orphanage at the beginning and you’re going to see why he became an ogre killer,” he added. (ANI)
