JOSH BROLIN is in talks to join WILL SMITH in the fight against aliens for a third MEN IN BLACK movie.
Studio bosses at Columbia Pictures announced on Friday (07May10) that the Hitch star had officially signed on to reprise his role as Agent Jay in the upcoming sequel, while negotiations are still ongoing with his co-star Tommy Lee Jones, who portrayed Agent Kay in the first two films.
But movie executives are hoping to add another big name to the cast - they want Brolin to step into a 3D Men In Black film when a third installment eventually begins production.
Men In Black hit cinemas in 1997 and 2002 and the popular franchise has made over $1 billion globally.
