LONDON - Will Smith will reprise the role of super-cool, alien-hunter Agent J in the third movie series of Men In Black.

Columbia Pictures announced the development of the film in a statement on Friday and added that the new film would be released in 3D, reports Sky news.

Josh Brolin is also in talks to star in the film. He will be seen as a younger version of Jones’ character.

“It looks really, really good,” he told MTV News.

“I can’t tell you the story, obviously, but they pitched me the general story, and I was like, ‘Eh, I don’t know if that’s really my thing, man.

“But then they got more specific with the story, and I go, ‘Yes, that’s f****** great!”

The first two MIB films were released in 1997 and 2002 and became two of Columbia Pictures’ most successful films, earning a total of 1bn dollars (675m pounds) world over.

Negotiations with co-star Tommy Lee Jones, who played Agent K, are thought to be ongoing. (ANI)
