Bono, Justin Timberlake to perform at ‘Hope For Haiti concert’

LONDON - Bono and Justin Timberlake are expected to perform at the Hope For Haiti concert, aimed to raise funds for earthquake victims in the Caribbean island.

Actor George Clooney made the announcement while speaking at the Golden Globes ceremony at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

He said 40 celebrities are expected to attend the January 22 event, reports the Mirror.

Also, Sting, Christina Aguilera and Alicia Keys could perform at the event.

Clooney and Haitian-born singer Wyclef Jean are supposed to host the event.

The funds collected will be forwarded to the Red Cross, Unicef, Oxfam America, Partners in Health and Jean’s Yele Haiti Foundation. (ANI)
