LONDON - Elizabeth Hurley seems to be getting tired of all things Indian - the actress-turned-businesswoman was recently missing from the launch of “To India With Love”, a book intended to raise money for the victims of the Mumbai terror attacks, to which she had also a contributed.

Earlier this month, her absence had been noticed at the dinner hosted by the Maharaja of Jodhpur, Gaj Singh II, to launch the Indian Head Injury Foundation.

“It was very disappointing…Her absence certainly raised eyebrows,” the Telegraph quoted a guest invited for dinner at the Banqueting House in Whitehall, as saying.

The Maharaja, who comes to London only occasionally, had hosted Hurley’s second wedding reception at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in India in 2007.

Hurley’s rep has kept mum about reports that her absence may be related to her marriage problems with the 44-year-old Arun Nayar. (ANI)
