LONDON - Steven Spielberg recently got so scared while watching new film ‘Paranormal Activity’ at his California house that he put the DVD of the film in a garbage bag vowing not to let it in his house again, it has emerged.

The ‘Jurassic Park’ director apparently got really terrified when a bedroom door at his home suddenly locked from the inside, while viewing the low budget horror flick.

He reportedly returned to his office next day carrying the DVD and swearing he never wanted it around him.

“The incident really spooked Steven and he didn’t want the film anywhere near his home,” the Daily Express quoted a source as saying.

The insider added: “Steven doesn’t scare easily but told everyone what had happened at his home. Everyone hears bumps in the night and strange noises in their home.

“He knew this film tapped into that. He became convinced that the film would be a huge hit. “

The movie made by Israeli born videogame programmer Oren Peli shows a couple trying to make a video of a demonic presence in their home.
It has been cited by critics as “one of the scariest movies of all time.” (ANI)
