West Feels Like Stiller In Meet The Parents

KANYE WEST is desperately trying to make amends for his outrageous behaviour at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (13Sep09) - insisting he’s “truly sorry” to
TAYLOR SWIFT for storming the stage during her acceptance speech.

The shamed rapper has been lambasted by fans and stars alike after he snatched the microphone from Swift at the New York ceremony and proclaimed Beyonce was the
rightful winner of the Best Female Video Award.

He has since apologised for disrespecting the teenager and he’s issued a second note of sorrow, drawing comparisons between the MTV controversy to the Ben Stiller
comedy Meet the Parents.

In a post on his blog, West writes, “I feel like Ben Stiller in Meet the Parents when he messed up everything and Robert De Niro asked him to leave… That was Taylor’s
moment and I had no right in any way to take it from her. I am truly sorry.”
