WASHINGTON - Michael Jackson’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe is suing a woman who claims she sent her emails saying she was not interested in regaining custody of her children with the late singer.

In court papers, Rowe, mother of the late King of Pop’s eldest two children Prince Michael I, 12, and Paris, 11, has accused Rebecca White of defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The lawsuit states: “The statements attributed by Ms. White to Ms. Rowe in said emails were fabricated by Ms. White and are false.”

Earlier this week, Rebecca - who insisted she was a “close friend” of Debbie’s - claimed that she had received emails from Rowe saying she didn’t want custody of the kids.

However, Rowe insists she did not send the emails, reports Contactmusic.

Rowe admits that the pair have emailed each other, but claims they never spoke about Michael.

Court papers state: “None discussing Mr. Jackson, his family, or Ms. Rowe’s children. There are also no emails between the parties since Mr. Jackson’s death (with the exception of two sent by Ms. White, to which Ms. Rowe did not respond, and in fact, one of which was not even opened until July 14, 2009, when Ms. White’s interview first came to light).”

The papers also allege that White has previously committed similar kinds of ‘malicious acts’ and tried to make money from celebrities including Naomi Campbell, Robbie Williams, Heath Ledger and Kate Moss. (ANI)

Debbie Rowe you do not deserve the kids because you were never in their lives. You just want the money. Michael Jackson’s mother should raise the kids. I think the kids should stay with their grandmother because you should solve the problem because everyone is tired of hearing about your problems. Let them be, they are fine where they are at. They should choose where they want to live because they are old enough to decide for themselves where to live. i watched the funeral, it was pretty sad when paris spoke up.
