LONDON - Michael Jackson’s brother Jermaine says that he wishes he had died instead of the pop icon.
“He went too soon. I don’t know how people are going to take this, but I wish it was me,” the Sun quoted him as saying.
The Jackson 5 star also said that he wanted the King of Pop to be buried at his Neverland ranch in California.
“This is Michael’s home. He created this - why wouldn’t he be here? I feel his presence.”
Jermaine also said that he can’t digest the fact that his brother no longer exists.
He said: “I’ve always felt I was his backbone, someone to be there for him. It’s unreal.”
However, the legend’s brother was also disappointed that on some occasions, world “didn’t appreciate” his brother, he added: “In his time on earth he did good.” (ANI)
