LONDON - Brit singer/actress Rachel Stevens was robbed off her engagement by three thugs as she was entering her own flat on June 9. Stevens, 31, who is due to have a posh wedding in weeks with actor fianci Alex Bourne, was left badly shaken after the robbers shouted, “Give us the f***ing stuff!” and asked her to remove the ring. Other items that were taken along with the ring were a necklace and Rolex watch, worth tens of thousands of pounds.
The singer, who lives near Regent’s Park, North London, called up the cops and gave a description of the robbers, who fled in a car but are not thought to have had weapons.
Police raced to the scene and forensic officers were later seen dusting Stevens’ front door and the inside of her third-floor flat for fingerprints, and she also told them that one of the robbers was white and the two others were black.
“Rachel did experience an intrusion and is shaken but otherwise OK,” the Sun quoted the star’s spokeswoman Charlotte Hickson as saying. (ANI)

And the most important thing which you must remember is that never go for shopping alone. Take your partner with you. By taking your partner it is obvious that you will loose the element of surprise but you will be assured that your partner will like the ring. |
