Eminem strikes $1mn-plus deal for iced-tea commercial

NEW YORK - Rapper Eminem has struck a Super Bowl deal of more than a million dollars to appear as a Claymation character in a Lipton Brisk iced-tea commercial.
The ‘very funny’ ad will give viewers a glimpse into a day in the life of the “8 Mile” star, reports the New York Post.
Frank Sinatra was one of the first high-profile artists featured in the spots before they were pulled in the late ’90s.
Eminem said that post his comeback from drugs, alcohol and depression, he now aims for substance over shock tone. (ANI)
