LONDON - Hollywood’s comeback kid Mickey Rourke is reportedly planning to part with two of his front teeth, so he can realistically portray gap-toothed Welsh rugby ace Gareth Thomas on the big screen.

The actor has signed up to tell the true story of Britain’s first openly gay rugby star and is already taking lessons to speak in Thomas’ Welsh accent, reports contactmusic.com.

Thomas’ agent, Emanuele Palladino, said, “Mickey intends to get as close to the character as he can. He is going to get rid of his two front teeth - he will be taking them out.”

Seems sheer madness for this guy to have his two good front removed to play this part. It’s only one part. He can’t play the part all his life. No acting part is worth your two best teeth, no even a million pounds. Foolish act.
