WASHINGTON - Natalie Portman has revealed that she was physically and emotionally so drained during the filming of ” Black Swan” that she thought she might die.
The pregnant and petite actress, who also shed 20 pounds for the role, spent up to eight hours a day in intense training, and had even dislocated a rib during the shoot, reports Contactmusic.
“There were some nights that I thought I literally was going to die. It was the first time I understood how you could get so wrapped up in a role that it could sort of take you down,” she told Entertainment Weekly.
Portman recently announced her engagement to choreographer fiance Benjamin Millepied, whom she met on the set of ‘Black Swan’. (ANI)
