WASHINGTON - The Betty Ford Center staffer, who claimed Lindsay Lohan assaulted her, has revealed that she has been sacked by the Californian rehab facility.

Dawn Holland said she was fired for violating patient confidentiality by giving interviews about the actress.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Holland said she was suddenly fired on Tuesday because she gave an interview about Lohan to TMZ while she was still employed as a health care provider.

“Betty Ford Center terminated me and I’m now going full force,” she said from her home in Palm Springs.

She, however, did not clearly define what ‘going full force’ meant.

“[It was] due to breach of patient confidentiality because I did an interview with TMZ,” said Holland, a clinical technician at Lohan’s sober house.

Meanwhile, Lohan is being investigated over the alleged attack on Holland.

Police said they were called to the rehab center on December 12 shortly after the incident.

US media reported that the incident occurred when Holland confronted Lohan after she returned late to the clinic.

The case is still under investigation and further details were unavailable.

The ‘Mean Girls’ star, who was ordered to the rehab programme in October after failing a court-ordered drug test, is due to be released from the clinic next month. (ANI)
