NEW YORK - The woman, rumoured to be at the centre of Eva Longoria’s divorce from Tony Parker, has finally cleared the air by denying she had an affair with the basketball ace.

Erin, the estranged wife of Parker’s former teammate Brent Barry, was accused of having a ’sexting relationship’ with Parker.

“I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I ‘pursue’ Tony Parker,” the New York Post quoted Erin from her website.

Erin and Barry filed for divorce on November 18 - just one day after ‘Desperate Housewives’ star Longoria and Parker filed for divorce citing ‘irreconcilable differences’.

The couples filed for divorce amid allegations Parker and Erin sent sexually explicit text messages to each other.

However Erin denied the ’sexting’ accusations had anything to do with their break-ups.

“Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship,” she said on her website.

“My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is naive, ridiculous, and completely misguided,” she added. (ANI)
