No babies yet: Jessica Simpson

LONDON - Singer Jessica Simpson has trashed rumours that she made a sudden announcement of her engagement to footballer Eric Johnson because she is expecting her first baby.

“They are no babies yet.. But, I definitely see myself having a family with him, so thats exciting to think about,” Simpson was quoted as saying by dailymail.co.uk.

The star was in New York promoting her new holiday album “Happy Christmas”, and beamed with joy. The engagement proposal came as a “total surprise” for Simpson herself earlier this month.
