NEW YORK - Singer Celine Dion and her husband Ren Angelil were so overjoyed after the birth of their twins that they had tears in their eyes.

“When Saturday, they showed us the first baby that was crying, we were crying,” people.com quoted Angelil as telling Canadian entertainment show etalk.

“It was a very emotional moment, and even though we didn’t speak to each other, we were both thinking about the time it took.

“We are very lucky, very privileged and very fortunate to have these boys,” he added.

Dion, 42, has been open about her fertility struggles and conceived the twins on her sixth in-vitro attempt over the course of about a year. She gave birth to twins Oct 24.
