LONDON - Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan’s mother denied rumours that she has been trying to strike a deal with TV channels for an exclusive interview with her troubled daughter.
Dina Lohan, who manages her daughter’s work, is said to have been trying to negotiate a five-figure deal for the star’s first TV interview.
However, the mother said the reports are “absolutely not true”, and calling the rumour a “total lie”, which is part of her ex-husband Michael’s “smear campaign” against her, reports dailystar.co.uk.
The “Mean Girls” star had a controversial year as she has been in and out of jail and rehabilitation centres. She failed two mandatory drug tests after a court-ordered rehabilitation stint.
Lohan is currently undergoing treatment at the Betty Ford Clinic in California.
